Last week we discussed Speaker of State Nancy Pelosi’s vehement disagreement during an appearance on ABC’s This Week that the 110th Congress which she oversees is a “do nothing Congress”. The question was framed by the lack of success Ms. Pelosi’s House has had in enacting anything of substance during her first 4 months in […]
Last Sunday morning on the ABC-TV highbrow gabfest - This Week, host George Stephanopoulos interviewed Speaker of State Nancy Pelosi. I just wanted to point out that plenty of you out there gave me a ration of crap for indicating that Ted Strickland would be another Bob Taft.

Isn’t it bizarre that an intelligent blogging mom on Cleveland’s east side is so vehemently against Ohio SB16? Doesn’t that kind of make you wonder why the folks in Columbus are so in favor of this legislation?
Let me ask you, who scares you more Phil Burress or a rational Jewish mother?
I’ll go with the […]
I love my friends in the conservative movement, but conservative the way I understand it means to stay the hell out of other people’s business unless it negatively impacts you. Ohio SB16 just passed the House today and it is just another example of the Christofacists making things worse instead of better.

In an effort to show solidarity for Ohio strippers who are being targeted for extinction by the Ohio legislature, I am now blogging naked. If the legislature gets its way with the legislation in its current form, you will be unable to get within 6 feet of your computer when my posts are on […]
