The most memorable response by a candidate in last week’s Democratic presidential debate was that of Joe Biden’s one

word “Yes.” when queried by moderator Brian Williams about whether or not the Delaware senator could control his “verbacity” on the world stage if chosen to be head of state.

Chris Matthews would be wise to remember the senator’s brevity as he prepares for moderating tonight’s Republican CPC. Usually Matthews has a tendency to tell more than listen to those he interviews…
