In any case, how can you expect me to trust anything that comes out of this guy’s mouth?
Hence the “news” on my D(umb)D(emocrats) dot com about John McCain approaching Kerry to offer himself as the Democrat’s running mate in 2004 seems less than credible (Team McCain calls Kerry’s claim “a fantasy”).
But then again what do you expect from a guy who just co-wrote a book about the environment with his wife, and on today’s Hardball when asked what they were doing to practice what they preached claimed they had replaced their incandescent lightbulbs with “the longer lasting, ahhh… less pollution light bulbs…” (they’re called fluorescent Senator). Methinks they had some serious ghost writing assistance on that one…
