The second of the two Democrats on the CuyCo Board of Elections, Loree Soggs has tendered his resignation effective April 2nd from the embattled elections board. Soggs’ resignation follows quickly on the heals of fellow Democrat Edward Coaxum who resigned yesterday.
That leaves the two Republicans - Ohio GOP Chairman Bob Bennett and Sally Florkiewicz as the remainder who have vowed to fight Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner’s demand that the entire board step down.
