Frank Jackson’s state of the city in review

He could have just gone to the podium, said ‘that was some salad’ (I wasn’t there, but I’m assuming the main course was a salad) and then thanked everyone for coming…

but in the mayor’s defense I was pleased to hear that a citywide WiFi network is in the works, even though it seems like that’s been something that was going to happen since Jane Campbell was in office.

Speaking of Mayor Jane, did anybody else find it interesting that Jackson’s best moment of the day

was when he was asked how Clevelanders could help his administration and his response was to go into cheerleader mode?

For further information, you can see the mayor’s address and read the transcript here.
