Game almost on
The inevitable is closer to occurring in the quest to fill the soon to be vacated Senate seat of the gentleman from Virginia John Warner. Today former Virginia governor Mark Warner announced his intention to seek the Democratic nomination for the seat (and is likely to be unopposed or at the very most in a token fashion) for the Democrats’ nod.
On the other side of the equation are the potential candidacies of my guy former governor Jim Gilmore and current Virginia congressman Tom Davis. This is likely to be one of the most hotly contested races in the country next year. Stay tuned…
