Best (or worst) line of the week…

…came from GOP presidential candidate Mike Huckabee on “Morning Joe” (one of msNBC’s round robin of replacements for Imus) hosted by Joe Scarborough. In lamenting the lack of important questions asked of the candidates during the debates (not a single question has been asked of the GOPers about education), the former Arkansas governor said that when a student lays their head down on the desk and doses in school, “it’s the most expensive nap in the world.”

And how.

Expensive today because of the huge amount of money being spent to bore kids to the point that they don’t learn anything.

Expensive tomorrow because what those kids don’t learn today, they’ll be unable to use tomorrow.
