It is extraordinarily important for competent representation at the County Board of Elections, particularly for Republicans. Chairman Frost would have been performing these tasks anyways, so he still is a full-time chairman. I for one am glad to see competent leadership at both the County Party and the BOE. If you don't see the need for both, perhaps it's a good thing you don't wish to be associated with Frost or the Party. Additionally, I fail to see how asking for your $100 back accomplishes anything. Rob still keeps his salary, the party finds a replacement. I would demand Rob Frost’s resignation had he NOT pursued this position. BTW I ran for County Commissioner last time because I was asked. I would have preferred to run for a state legislative seat, but the party needed someone for the county ticket, so I took one for the team.
